Hi there, I have some questions regarding mandatory documents for H1B transfer.(1)NO paystubs since sept'2009. NO 2009 & 2010 W2's.(2)I was on bench for 1 year and I was again on project for period of May'10 to Sept'10.I filed a labour complain in Oct 2010 & I found that Labour Investigator is just assign.(3)Only one employer since beginning.I never approached to any other employer to do petition for me.Before 2 weeks I got an email from USCIS that they have reopen my file on 12/23/10.Here is some content from that email "Application Type: I129 , PETITION FOR A NONIMMIGRANT WORKER,Your Case Status: Post Decision Activity" My questions are:(a)Can Acknowledgement Letter from DOL be used to replace "pay stub","W2" for H1B transfer(b)I dont trust my current employer.Why I got USCIS email
