H1B Transfer & Extensions

Hi, My current status, In 7th year H1B & working for a consulting COMP-A for 21 months. In my 4th & 5th year H1B, I worked as a full time employee for COMP-B. Because of COMP-B unable to file GC due to regional layoffs, I pursued a contracting role through COMP-A and continued working for COMP-B as a contractor. COMP-A filed PERM and I-140 in EB2 and now waiting for 485. Now COMP-B is asking to join again as a Full Time employee. Now, Can I transfer H1B again to COMP-B during my 7th year? Is there any risk in it? Will I get 3 more years from the transfer date? Most probably COMP-A will revoke I-140 after I join COMP-B. In a hypothetical case, if COMP-B is not able to file PERM in the next 3 years, can i use the revoked I-140 to do any H1B extensions after 9th year? Any other issues ?
