I am on H1b and working for a company .
I have got a job offer from another company and they have applied for my H1b transfer on September end 2010.
Recently I visited India in December 2010 and I got my Current H1b stamped while comming back.
My question is ,can I join the new company on the basis of the H1b reciept which they gave me.What will happen when I will get the petition ,will it come without I 94 since I travelled out of Country during my H1b transfer was in process.For that should I have to go to india again to get the new H1b visa stamped.Please let me know the pros and cons ,I really want to join the new company.
