Q.

H1B Stamping and POE

I have a H1 which expires on 02/15/2011. In Sep 2010, I applied for extension. I got extension valid from 02/16/2011 to 02/15/2012. I got only one year because it was 7th year (labor pending). I came to India in October 2010. I went for Visa Stamping and submitted both H1Bs. My case was under administrative processing and after 2 months I got my Passport today. The expiry date on the Visa is 02/15/2011, same as my current H1 validity.

1. Should I travel to USA or wait ask the embassy about the date? What is your suggestion? I saw on the Visa the receipt number as well.
2. Will they give me I94 till 02/2012 at POE?
3. If they don't give me I94 till 02/2012 then what will be my next steps?

Thanks
