H1-H4 Conversion
My job was terminated on 15th of Nov and the severance of 3 weeks was settled on Dec 4th.
I have tickets booked for returning to India on 01/11/2011 and will get H-4 visa stamped base on my spouse H-1 visa.
Will I face any problem when I go to the consulate for my H-4 Visa because of my over stay in December.
Also after I converted to H4, if I want to work again, Can I start working while my H4- H1 is pending or do i need to wait for my H1 approval?
