H4 stamping
I recently got my H4 (for 3 years) approved and at the same time I got a job in University where they have started premium processing for H1B (1 year) which might take 6 weeks. Because I have enough time before starting working, I was planning to visit my home country India.
However, my question is whether I can get H4 visa stamped while my application for change of status is with USCIS. I need to start work as soon as I get H1B approved thus I cannot wait for it to get that stamped.
