Q.

H1 B Transfer

Hi,

I have been on H1B since 2004.

Company A renewed my H1B in 2009 which got approved till Aug 2012 based on my approved I-140.

My I-140 has been approved on Sep 2007. I have also applied for I-485 on Sep 2007.

Even though I am eligible for EAD, I am still maintaining my H1B status as I couldn't add my wife's I-485 during Sep 2007.

My questions

I am trying to switch to Company B(MNC) which is willing to transfer my H1B.
I am wondering do you see a problem in transferring my H1B to Company B. I been employed throughout my H1 period.

2. What paperwork should Company B do to transfer my green card. (Like AC 21). Is there a risk in doing this?

3. For whatever reason, lets say my H1 transfer was not approved, can I go back to Company A's H1B?
