Q.

Consulate Processing

I was working at company A with an H1b that expires on 02/02/2012 and I was laid off from this company on 08/31/2010 and found another job. My new H1b has been approved with Consular Processing in South Africa. What is the time frame that I have to leave the country and complete the consular processing?
