LCA Denied
The LCA filed at iCert by my company got denied today (was filed on 11/22/2010) saying sections G7, G7a and G.11b were inaccurate. We had received PWD from NPWHC via iCert. We had put 'NA' in G7, the iCert tracking number for PWD in G7a and typed 'Wage determination received from DOL iCert Portal' in G11.
Given the fact that we got PWD from the NPWHC and not any SWA or OFLC NHC, what should we put in these 3 sections.
