On H4 Visa Filing for H1B Visa
Hi i am on H4 visa in USA and I have filed for H1b visa and about to get my receipt no.I am planning to travel to India next week and return after 4 months. So when I am in India if my H1B petition is approved can I come back to USA on H4 visa and start working on H1B visa.
Even if I dont get an approval while I am in india Will I be eligible to work in USA once I come back and get the approval.
Please answer as soon as possible
