Got 221G Green Slip for my wife H4 stamping

Hi,

Yesterday my wife went for H4 stamping and got green slip that says " 1.A signed letter from the client, stating the nature and duration of the project 2. The applicant's complete itinerary of services specifying the dates of engagement, the name and addresses of the employers and any intermediary agents 3. A copy of contract between the petitioner and the end client company
Now, I am working for the client, then I have prime vendor then my company. So, basically 1 layer between the client and my company. Please tell me what documents I need to furnish.

I already have the Purchase order from the prime vendor and my company. Do you think I should have a contract copy between the client and the prime vendor? or do you think just a letter from prime vendor and the client is enough?
