H4 to H1 Documents question
My Wife is on H4 and she has a job offer .Her employer is filling for her H1 .1) As she has not worked in the US she doesnt have paystubs but she has all experience letters / clearance letters from her previous employers ( from India). 2)she has educational degree from India.3) She does not have SSN and US drivers license ( but has International license) as of now. Do you think with documents she has , her employer can file H1? Do you have any recommendations?
