H4 to H1 transfer while primary H1 is also in transfer
My new employer is filing for my H1 transfer and my spouse's H4 transfer ( I am not sure if he has already applied for it ).Now my spouse have a new job and her employer wants to file for a new H1 for her . Is this situation straightforward ? or shall I ask my new employer to put a hold on my spouse's H4 transfer? If he has already applied for my H1 transfer ( I am not sure if its a premium processing ) and her H4 transfer what is your suggestion on this situation?
