Hi,
My question is regarding LCA salary.I am working as a programmer analyist in CA.My previaling wages are $63,600 and LCA wages are $65000.My employer paid me $50320 till now.I have to get two more pay stubs .
I am going to attend H1b visa interview on 9th november in my home country.If the visa officer question me regarding the salary,Please suggest me the ways to answer that question.
I already enquired with my employer,He suggested me , remaining $5000 amount as bonus and they will pay at the end of december.Is it ok to say the remaining amount as bonus or will it create another problem for me?
Please suggest me to solve this issue
