My wife is working on J-2/EAD & her H4 was filed with my H-1(premium processing)
USCIS showed online as Last Update on Oct 20 for me as approved & for my wife as initial review. Employers lawyer feels her H-4 is approved but not updated in system
I have started working as my employer received email approval. Do I need to wait till I get approval notice with I-94 in mail or can I work legally with email approval notice.
When will my approval notice with I-94 come to employers lawyer by mail as it was premium processing. Is it 5 days, 7 days, 10 days or longer?
My H-1 is approved and I have started working but wife's H-4 online still says initial review. Can she still continue to work on J-2/EAD till USCIS updates online as H-4 is approved or till her approval notice comes in mail
