H1/H4 transfer
I am going to apply for a H1 transfer from Company A to company B and i have a valid I94 till July 2011 which i got through company A.
My spouse H4 extension is still pending with RFE status and the extension is applied through company A.
Now when i apply for my H1 transfer,
a) do i have to apply for my spouse's H4 extenstion/transfer?
b)Also whether my H1 transfer will have any problelms if the company A revokes/cancels my H1B after i get the transfer receipt?
