H1 B amendment
Hi, I was working for Client A in 2008 on H1 B Visa. The H1 expired in Apr 2008 , however, I received an H1 B extension approval in Mar 2008 for the same client. In the same month I moved to the other location for different project (client B) and received a new LCA for client B. Now, I have to travel to India and need to get H1B visa stamping. Do I need to file for an H1 amendment. If yes, how long will it take? I have to travel on 19-Nov.
