Q.

I-94 on H1B

Here is the situation -
I was working with employer A on H1B since Oct 2008, visa and I-797 is valid until 10 March 2010. Last year I travelled out of US and on re-entry I got I-94 expiring on 26 Nov 2010 (same as passport expiry date). In July 2010 I transferred my H1B to employer B and got approved I-797 along with I-94 (number is same as original I-94) valid until Nov 2012. Now in Oct 2010 I switched back to employer "A" without H1B transfer because employer “A” did not cancelled petition.

Here is my question –
Since I am no more employed with employer B, does it mean I-94 came along with I-797 of employer B is cancelled ? If yes then what are my options to renew/extend original I-94.
