Q.

My husband H4 transfer when I am doing H1B transfer

Hi Indu,
Here is my situation: I just got my H1B on Oct 1st 2010 in Company A, and at the same time, I got another job in Company B. So I am doing H1B transfer now (It should be filed this week). Last night, I e-filed my husband's H4 application (I-539) based on my current H1B I-797 approval notice.

Question:
Do you think my husband H4 application will have problem? As I will start working for Company B 2 weeks later, does it mean my current H1B I-797 approval notice will be invalid after I leave the cmopany A?

If that will cause a problem, what should I do now? Can I withdraw the H4 application? Or Shall I mail USCIS company B's transfer notice after I get it and USCIS will make decision after my transfer is approved?

Thank you very much for helping me with it!
Cathy
