Current company A started h1b extn process in march '10 ,as the visa was expiring on may 30th '10(1st extn). And the LCA was rejected 3 times due to FEIN mismatch error. Finally the lawyer filed h1b extn under nunc pro tunc on june18th as LCA was approved after may 30th.
On waiting for extn approval in comp A, I’m offered a job in comp B and have filed my h1 transfer based on receipt notice of comp A. last week I received my receipt notice for comp B as well. Both are done in regular processing.Since there are no changes on my status of comp A for 3 months now, and in order to start my new job in com B.

-Can I do a premium processing for com A or B?

please advice on the pros and cons for both.
