W2 Question
I worked on H1 in Jan, Feb 2010 and became COS to H4 on March 1 2010. I am currently on H4 visa and not working.
I have the pay stubs for Jan, Feb 2010.
1) If my employer does not give me W2 or does not run the pay roll, what are the options that I have?
2) Can I complain to Department of Labor to ensure that my employer does give me W2 for 2010?
3) Can I complain to IRS saying that my employer did not give the W2 to me for the year 2010.
