Q.

follow up question to my earlier query posted on Sept 1 2010

Hi this is a follow up question to my earlier query "H1B Expiring on Jan 19 2011.Travelling to India on Oct 8 2010" posted on Sept 1 2010
that was answered by you

Before I travel,I just wanted to confirm this with you,

My spouse has recently changed her status from H4 to F1 and she is currently on CPT(Commercial Practical Training).

She still has the old H4 visa stamp on her passport that she got when she travelled to US for the first time.(and not travelled out of US since then)

Does this have any affect on my status or my travel plans?

Can you please advice?

thanks
