H1 B visa
I am working for company A on H 1B. This company is closing on Oct 20th. Below are my questions
1. How much time I will have to switch to new employer, once company A is closed?
2. Will i be out of status if I don't find an employer by oct 20th.
3. If company B filed a transfer from company A, while this transfer is in process, can I change to company C using company B pay stubs and receipt notice ? Does the company C approval depends on Company A to B transfer ?
