4. Returned to US on H4 (since H1 was not stamped on my passport) in Jan 2010. Recently,my H4 has been extended until 2013.

6. H1 is valid until 2011.Since, my status now is actually H4,Can Company B apply for change of status to H1 and H1 transfer?
7.As I was on unpaid leave, what documents do I need from Company A?
8. Can both Company B and Company C apply for my H1 transfer at the same time?
