Q.

H1B term

Hi,
I have a question regarding my H1B term.I came to US in April 2005.On March 2007 I changed company I was given a new 797 with April 2010 in I -94.

But H1B term is generally for 6 years so how can I claim one more year which is left on my visa tenure.
