Q.

Changing job after labor approval

1)I am on H1 since 2006 and i got my labor approved in Aug 2010. I have not filed my i-140 yet. If i change my job now can i retain my priority date without filing I-140.
2) My probable employer to start up my GC. Is there any constraints you foresee in me making a move to the new job. My current visa is expiring in July 2011.
