6) Have all Payslip of Company A and Company B till date.
Question
1) Till Date my H1B Transfer is pending and Status is "Initial Review". No RFE or any query received and I am continuing to work for Company B with below hierarchy.
Me -> Company B -> Vendor Company -> Client.
Can I Transfer my H1B to Vendor company or New Company C based on Approved LCA of Company A, H1B Receipt of Company B and Payslip of Company B ?
2) my 6 years of H1B count will start from 05-Nov-2008 or 25-Jun-2009. I can stay on H1B until 04-Nov-2014 or 24-Jun-2015
