Q.

Changing employer after 140 approval. What are the risks?

Hi Attorney,Here are my questions
1)While changing employer after I-140 approval,If new company files GC, do we need to have old 140 approval notice to retain the priority date or just I-140 receipt notice is enough?
2)Is there anyway to request for I-140 approval notice from other source if the employer do not want to share that with us.
3)My I-140 is approved with old employer. If new employer wants to file can i retain priority date? Can you tell me in what scenario i will loose my priority date?
4)What are the risks involved in H1 tranfer?
5)What is the safest time to start working with new company.(i)after getting new H1 receipt notice?? or(ii)after new H1 approval?
