F-1 to H-1b
I was in H1B from Oct 2008 to June 2009. After that I move to F1 visa. Now working for company using my CPT and planning to move to H1B again
Q1: Can I apply for my H1B after October? The company I am working for is telling me I need to apply before October. Is it true? If no when is the last time
Q2: Can I apply for GC from F1 status without applying for H-1b. Another company offering to apply for GC without H-1b? Is it possible at all.
