Q.

H4 visa question

I have H1b which is expiring in Dec 2010.I applied for extension in July 2010 and got it renewed till Dec 2013 in July.I went abroad to get married in Aug 2010.After marriage we attended the visa interview.I got H1 visa till Dec 2013 but my wife's H4 visa is valid till Dec 2010.I am back in US and my wife is joining me soon.
(1) At the POE will my wife get an I-94 till Dec 2013 though her visa is valid till Dec 2010. The h1b extension till Dec 2013 was approved before marriage.Would this cause any issue?
(2) Should she carry original I-797 or would copies of I-797 enough at POE?
(3)The current petition Number in the annotation section of H1&H4 visa is incorrect. Is this an issue?I had no problem when I came to US.Her H4 visa has current and new petiton No's in annotation section.
