Please find attached My stay in US:

28-Apr-2004 to 14-Apr-2008(L1B)
15-Apr-2008 to 13-Oct-2008(B2)
1-Aug-2009 to Till Date (H1B)

I got a question regarding my B2 status in US. I was on B2 status since 15-Apr-2008 to 13-Oct-2008(6 months) After that I went to India and statyed there for 9 mothns.

So,

1) My stay in US on B2 visa will be counted or not - when we are going to apply for H1b extension now?

2)Totally 15 months(not worked in US)->15-Apr-2008 to 13-Oct-2008(6 months on B2 status)+stayed in India from 14-Oct-2008 to 31-july-2009(9 months).

In this case, Will My work status get refreshed and am I eligible to work for another 6 years continously in US from 01-Aug-2009 onwards(using H1B)?
