Q.

H1 Tranfer

I have a question regarding H1 Transfer.
1) I got H1 stamping in Nov 2008 through ABC in INDIA.
2) Validity of this H1 is up to AUG 2011.
3) But Enter into USA on MAY 14 2010.
4) Before entering USA i.e. in JAN 2010 – ABC acquisitioned by XYZ
5) So I got a job in JUN2010 and my pay stubs running on XYZ.
Now My worry is –Am I going to fall into any trouble if I go for h1 transfer to PQR as I don’t have any document to show the acquisition ? and while filling the H1 transfer forms which one I should consider( among ABC and XYZ )?
