1.10 Nov'08 Came to USA on TCS-H1 and I94 Valid upto May'10 2. Submitted docs to XYZ for H1 trans and gone back to india on 10 Apr09(actaully XYZ submitted H1 Trans doc to USCIS on 15Apr10 & Not worked on XYZ )3. 29 April 2009 XYZ H1 transfer approved ( At that time i am in India )I94 Validity From Apr09 to Apr12 4. 5 Apr10 Came back to USA on TCS H1 again and I94 Valid upto May10 and now TCS I 94 expired and H1 ext through TCS In progress.
XYZ COMP has not cancelled my H1 ,In this case I would like to know whether i am eligible for working through XYZ COMP OR any amendment required ?I-797A, Notice of Action.details
