My H1B visa is valid till 30th September 2010 from old company which was 'closed' recently after my 2 years work in US.While my H1B transfer to new company was pending,I came to India and this transfer has been approved till Feb 2011.I have not yet got visa stamped for new company.
I have been staying in India for last two years because of personal dependencies and Now, I want to go to US from India to work for the new company.
1) Is my H1B visa of 'closed' company still valid?
2) Can I re-enter US on H1B visa of old 'CLOSED' company with approved I797 from new company after 2 years stay in India?
3) Does this re-entry create any problem at port of entry?
3)please let me know all necessary precautions that I need to take to avoid problems at port of entry?
