I was a student on F-1 visa and graduated in December 2009. Currently, I am on OPT. On May 13, 2010 my consulting company applied for my H-1b visa. After waiting for 3.5 months an RFE was issued last week. The questions is if we can convert this case to premium processing along with the submission for RFE? Should we go for this or no?

Is there any disadvantage in doing such a thing. The only reason we want to do this is to get an answer and not be in a limbo. I have followed other cases where it has been 60 days plus and still RFE is under review. Please let me know with a detailed response.
