Q.

H1B Transfer and Extension

I am currently working for Company A and my visa expires on Sep 25 2010.I have applied transfer thru Company B and simultaneously applied extension thru Company A.I got the Company B transfer approved for 3 years but extension denied(I797B).For which i need to re-enter into US to work for Company B. Company B is planning to apply amendment to get the extension approved i.e for I-94(I797A).
I am still working for Company A and my extension is in RFE review process.

1.Is it legal to stay in US after Sep 25 2010. With Extension from Company A and Company B extension amendment in progress.

2.If Company B extension amendment is denied and Company A extension is approved. Can i stay in US by working for Company A and go for Company B consular stamping when i go to home next time.
