Q.

H-1B stamping options

I am Working for company A as full time employee since feb 06 on H-1B. They couldnt apply green card for me.There reason: I was hired straight out of college and DOL can question that.Last July Company B offered me job as a consultant. They agreed to file PERM labor for me before joining.for some reasons i didnt join them till now.
I am talkin to company A to bring me as consultant from company B. They may agree. My 1st H-1 extension should be filed in feb from Company A.
Q1:I want togo for h-1 stampin to canada in april. Is it better togo with Company A and then join company B or I should transfer H1 to company B and then go for stamping? Please explain pros and cons of both.
Q2:Is it better for me to move to company B as early as possible because they filed PERM labor or i can wait?
