Q.

Documents to include for H1B petition Premium Processing Filing

I am employee of a Company (IL, petition has to be filed in CSC) placed at a client (NJ) through a vendor. I currently used 4.5 years of my h1b period and have approved I-140. My Client gave the letter which lists my responsibilities, from when i have been working and that they don't have any authority over me. I got a similar letter from the Vendor also. My attorney is asking us to NOT include any Client/Vendor related documents when we file, but provide them when they query (RFE). He is suggesting this because if we include all that we have, USCIS may ask for some documents that are way more complicated. I need your opinion on whether we can include all the documents related to client when we file initially. Is there a possibility for direct denial if no client documents are included?
