I found 2-3 companies who have told me they would hire me and sponsor my H1B visa transfer, provided I handle the process myself, ie. with your help. I am trying to understand if the these things would be risk in the visa transfer process:

- if company is small/enterpreneurial, does that pose risk to my visa transfer? Here are the companies: Loeb Enterprises, Walker Digital, Trovario LLC?

- are there any minimal salary requirements? If so what?

- Does it matter how similar/different my new positions is to my old one?

- Do I have to have an offer letter in hand before my last employment date or does something else need to happen before my last employment date? If we start the process a 3-4 days after my last day, wld that be still ok?
