My H1 validity Sep20 2010 with existing employer.I have filed H1 transfer with company "A" premium processing at CA center.I Got a RFE on Aug26 to show employee-employer relation.Lawyer will be submiting the RFE documents by 8Sep.Im still running the payroll with my existing employer & I told the new company "A" that will run the payroll with them once i get the transfer approval.
Ques1:Can I file H1 visa extension with my existing employer.
Ques2:If I get approval from company "A" and my extension is in progress,then can i leave my existing employer.If i get a RFE in extension process then what will be the case,will my existing employer create any problem.
Ques3:If I get H1 extension approval in somewhere Dec 2010 from existing employer,will my company "A" approval be stampingIssues.
