Q.

H1 extension petition withdrawn after the H1 transfer

My H1 and my spouse's H4 extension has been filed on 10th May which suppose to expire in July 18. This was first time extension after 3 years of my H1. Then I transfered my H1 on 3rd of June to the new employer. I received my and my spouse's approval notice on 3rd of june from the new employer. On 26th of August I received letter from USCIS saying that my previous employer withdrawn my H1 extension which was filed on 10th of May. Now I received denial letter for my spouse's I-539 from previouse employe. As I already have approval notice for me and my spouse from my current employer,Do I need to take any action ?
