Regarding H-1 transfer & Extension
I am on H1 visa which expires in Jan2012 on basis of approved I-140.Jan 2012 would be completion of 9yrs of H-1
My Question is
1}I have a job offer from a start up company,starting operation in Oct2010, would i be eligible for a transfer and extension beyond Jan 2012 to the new company.
2}What options would i have if my current employer revokes I-140.Would i be able to retain my PD which is Sep 2007
3}Would you advise to file for an H1 from a start up company.
