7th year Extension of h1b based on recently approved i-140
My 6 years on an H1b with Company A ends Nov.30th 2010. My Green card processing began at the beginning of the 6th year-but my Labor got approved (priority date March 9th 2010) and my I-140 also got approved recently (August 17th ,2010). I am planning to change employers prior to end of the 6th year -will I get a 1 year or 3 year extension of H1b with my new employer based on an approved I-140 from Company A ?
