Multiple H1B
My spouse had job in company A on H1B visa. She did H1B transfer and joined company B last month. Her visa with B is approved now. Company A still owns her H1B visa and continues to pay her for last one month. So in a way there is a month overlap of payment between the two jobs though she was working only for B.
Now due to a situation she has to go back to company A.What is the process? Does she has to do a H1B transfer again?
We have to make a decision in next couple of hours. Please reply ASAP.
