Q.

H1B Visa Stamping

1. I was working for company A from Jan 2008 and have my visa stamped when I visited India which is valid till Jan 2011

2. Now I work for Company B with my new I797 form which is valid till Sep 2012.

3. I'm planning to visit India in sep 2010, do I have to get my visa stamped because I changed companies.

4. If not should I mention to the officer about my new I797 form at the port of entry to issue a new date on the I95 card as it is Jan 2011 presently on my I95

Thank You
