Q.

H1B: 30 day overlap of income from 2 employers

H1B Expires Feb 28 2011
Current employment continues to Nov 15 2010 (employer A)
New employment starts Oct 11 2010 (Employer B)
New Employer filing for transfer of H1B prior to Oct 11 2010
New employer filing for 3-year H1B extension upon expiry Feb 28 2011

I will have residual income from employer A for one month after starting with employer B. Will this be a problem? Employer A owes me some vacation time and I agreed to follow up with some transition loose ends.

What should I do to avoid problems?
Can H1B transfer allow for this?
