Q.

HIB

Good evening.
I worked for an employee from June 18, 2007 until June 30,2010 with H1B visa. My H1B visa was transferred to a different employee for whom I was supposed to work from JULY, 2010. My future employee filed for H1B EXTENSION ON MAY 17 2010. Now it has been approved, but the approval notice says "accepted from 08/13/10 until 06/17/13". I am already working for the new employee since July 1, 2010. My question is that there is a gap of more than 1 month between my two transfers, but I had applied well on time, so Is my stay legal? will it affect my green card processing ( which they have already started) and if I go to my home country and if I want to come back will the visa office give me trouble while coming back?
