On April 2010, I got my H1 transferred to the company that I am currently working for. My wife is on H4 and she got her visa stamped with my previous company’s H1. She is planning to travel to India this year with her old H4 visa (valid until August 2011).
My question is:
Does she require going for stamping with my new H1 petition to re-enter US?
My employer told me that she don’t require a new stamping and she can enter back US with her old valid H4 stamping. If not require, what other documents she should carry with her to re-enter back to US?
