I got a notice from USCIS for request of evidence on August 3, 2010. I have to reply by August 29, 2010.

My company provides services in the areas of water/wastewater engineering, environmnetal engineering, construction management, etc.

USCIS says that "proffered (my) position appears to be based on an occupation that may require a license for an individual to fully perform the duties of the occupation. Submit the license or evidence from the appropriate licesing authority that the beneficiary may perform the duties of the position with no license.

My position is to do research and development related to new technologies, which does not require any license.

How best I can reply this notice?
