I'm working for company A with L1-B. I got an approved H1b from company B with COS. Now I'm on a vacation in India and am planning to return back to US with the L1 Visa I have with company A. Now my company A is willing to file a New H1B for me as the L1 extensions are in jeopardy. My questions below.

1. Shall I file a new H1 with Company A while I already have an APproved H1B from COmpany B?
2. IF I can,will there be any impact to My H1b approved thru company B?
3. Can I have multiple H1s from different employers? Is that legal?
4. What is that I need to take care in this case?
5. Do you forsee any issues in this case?
